What are the terms of the Return Policy?

At Pega Sports, we pride ourselves on quality and customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to assist in an exchange or refund.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product and be in its original condition meaning: unused, unworn and unwashed with product tags still attached. If for any reason the returned goods do not meet this criteria, the refund will be declined and the item(s) returned to the purchaser.

To submit a request to refund or exchange please email info@pegasports.com.au with your proof of purchase and details for your refund/exchange.

  • Refunds will be provided back into the same payment type used at the time of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is a requirement with all returns.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Pega Sports will not refund the postage amount that was paid by the purchaser.
  • Return postage must be paid by the purchaser unless there is a problem with the item provided e.g. the item is damaged or faulty.
  • Exchanges are permitted if the item being exchanged is of the same value or the same item and the item is in stock e.g. exchanging for a bigger or smaller size of an item.
