How does click and collect work?

If you live in the greater Adelaide area, click and collect is available to you at no additional cost. Your order can be collected from Findon, SA on Saturday mornings between 9-10am. We do not accept collections outside of this time.
Place your order by Friday 11:59pm for it to be ready for collection Saturday morning. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for collection with full address details.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once shipped, orders within Australia are typically delivered in 1-3 business days for express shipping and 3-8 business days for standard shipping. Please note, if you live in the Northern Territory timeframes are generally longer. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
The above timeframes are indicative and delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
We endeavour to ship your order up to 2 business days after the date of purchase
Please Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, our courier partners may experience some delays and deliveries can take a little longer than usual.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your goods have been shipped. You can lookup the delivery details of your order via the Australia Post website by searching your tracking number.

What if my order is undelivered?

If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, you will be notified and we will initiate a refund to the same account in which the purchase was made.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99.
Australia Standard shipping will incur a flat fee of $10 if your order total $99 or less.
Australia Express shipping will incur a flat fee of $15.
